4. Wedding planning services
The scope of your wedding planning service will depend on the package or service you purchase.
Where a specific number of suppliers, quotes, calls, revisions or planning hours is included, this will be stated in your package or proposal.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur an additional fee. I will discuss any significant additional work and associated costs with you before proceeding.
5. Supplier sourcing
Where supplier sourcing forms part of your package, I may research and provide suitable supplier options based on the information you provide, including your preferred style, budget, location and requirements.
Where agreed, I may contact suppliers on your behalf and assist with obtaining quotes and information.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the final decision to appoint a supplier remains with you.
Any contract for a supplier's services is between you and that supplier.
I am not responsible for the supplier's performance, availability, pricing, cancellation, quality, conduct or failure to deliver its services.
6. Supplier coordination
Where coordination is included in your package, I may communicate with relevant suppliers to assist with planning and logistics.
The precise scope of coordination will be agreed as part of your package.
I will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the information provided to me, but I cannot guarantee that every supplier, venue or third party will follow instructions or perform as expected.

The price of your product or service will be stated at the time of purchase or in your proposal.
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
Where a deposit or initial payment is required, work will normally begin once the required payment has been received.
Additional services or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Your purchase or booking will be confirmed once payment has been received and I have confirmed the order or booking.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of product or service purchased and applicable UK consumer law.
For digital products, if you ask for the product to be supplied immediately, you will be asked to confirm that you agree to this and understand that you may lose your 14-day cancellation right once supply begins.
For services, you may have a 14-day cancellation right when purchasing online. If you ask me to begin providing the service during this period, you may be required to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation, where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Where a specific cancellation policy applies to your package, it will be provided to you before purchase.

Booking a planning service does not guarantee the availability of any third-party supplier, venue or other wedding professional.
Where my own availability is relevant, your booking is only confirmed once I have confirmed availability and received any required payment.
